What you need:
For Pimento Cheese:
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
Pimento's
Pimento's
1 cup grated sharp cheddar
1 cup grated Monterey Jack
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix together and done
Texas Toast or whatever bread you want!
Onion
Sour Cream
Toast bread
Take out, let cool...add Pimento Cheese Spread, Sour cream and Chopped onion
Bake for about 3 min.
Enjoy!
(Bacon would be good on this too!) duh
